Mutsumi Takayama (高山 睦美 Takayama Mutsumi?, born January 17, 1991 in Tokyo) is a Japanese figure skater. She is a three-season competitor on the Junior Grand Prix, placing just off the podiums at three different events. She won the silver medal at the 2004 Mladost Trophy.
