Please take a look at the Fifth Amendment discussion page so you can see where we are coming from on this issue. I would be happy to put a section mentioning this order if there was anyone with any legal reputation whatsoever out there making these comments. Otherwise, this is unsourced and is our opinions only, which is very much insufficient for Wikipedia.
