              MUSINA POPULATION PREVIEW

MUSINA consists of several townships which include,NANCEFIELD(situated north of the town),FREEDOMPARK(situated western side of the town),MUSHONGOVILLE(ADJACENT TO nancefield) AND CAMPBELL which is situated in the eastern part of the town.All these township compromise differrent tribes such as Tsongas,Vendas,Sothos and other illegall tribes such as Blantires(from Mozambique) and Zimbabweans.

All these township are occupied by blacks and the population is increasing everyday as a result of illegal immigrants.Many criminal cases such as theft,house-breaking,rape and common assaults have been reported.

The most largest township is Freedompark and it is where most of the crime is been committed.This was due to an Informal settlement known as "SIHLANGENKANI" which accomodated illegal immigrants which were the most threat to the communities.

The town is situated near the border post of Zimbabwe thus allowing Zimbabweans to cross the border illegally to find better life in South Africa through this town.
