I really don't think this has any external notability, which was why I merged it. There's a lack of multiple, non-trivial RS coverage and the publications are not independent so I don't think that passes notability. I don't think this would survive an AfD on its own, hence the merge TRAVELLINGCARI^{My story}_{Tell me yours} 23:59, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

This is the foremost international conference in its area and very notable in the cultural technology field. It is well established for over a decade with thousands of participants and a published proceedings with ISBN annually. It is part of the WikiProject on museums. Yes but it needs reliable sources to back up the claims, not other websites. There is very little RS coverage, most of which covers museum participation, it does not establish notability for the conference. I think it needs better sourcing. NB: being a part of the museums wikiproject doesn't mean anything in and of itself, all museum stub articles were added. per WP:RS, independent sources are required. The conferences own proceedings are not independent, which is why I tagged it for primary sources. It needs more independent sources to confirm notability. TRAVELLINGCARI^{My story}_{Tell me yours} 11:50, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

The conference has been reported in several published articles in New Heritage, an independent cultural heritage magazine — see four references included in the article. — Jonathan Bowen (talk) 18:41, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
