Mustafa Doğan (born 1 January 1976) is a German footballer of Turkish descent who plays as a central defender. He is currently a free agent.
He started his career playing for TV Asberg, a small German club. At the young age of 15, Doğan signed for professional team KFC Uerdingen 05. Two years later, the 17 year old was selected for the german young national team. He was then transferred to Istanbul club Fenerbahçe in 1996. He stayed there for 7 years and switched back to Germany, signing with Bundesliga team FC Köln in 2003. Beşiktaş J.K. took it upon themselves to bring the gifted player back to SuperLig and signed him in the 2004/2005 season.
He was capped twice by his adoptive Germany in 1999, the first in July, a friendly 2-0 defeat against USA, playing his second and last three months later in a European Championship qualifier against, of all the teams, Turkey. A goalless draw was the outcome.
