This image was obtained from TPM.com, which does not claim any ownership of it. That site downloaded the image from the Larimer County Republican site before it was purged from that site because of the political controversy. Ownership of the image is not clear, and has not been asserted by any organization.

The image itself serves important historical value, and provides the reader with an immediate ability to develop their own opinion on the merits of the particular controversy. Although the above reasoning is flawed, I am closing this as a keep. This is a one-time photo of a historic event AND the photo itself is a subject of controversy, making it legitimate to use under a claim of fair use. --BigDT 13:47, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
