ACP=acyl carrier protein, AT=acyl transferase, DH=dehydratase, ER=enoyl reductase, FMNH2=Flavin mononucleotide (reduced), HMG=3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaric acid, MeT=methyl transferase, NADH=Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (reduced), NADPH=Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (reduced), N-AHL=N-acyl homoserine lactone, KR=ketoreductase, KS=ketosynthase, TE=thioesterase.
