Talk:Munchkin (card game)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
- I loved the game, the card game that is. It have the interesting of RPGs like vampire, but I would rather find one a little more similar to White Wolfs WereWolf. I will have to admit thou- -This is like how people play D&D.
I am interested in a team game that does not get cornie. This is D&D, vampire, and all- -with the backstabbing of other players.
I believe, Munchkin Bites! and Munchkin Fu are meant to be played as extension with the original Munchkin. Perhaps the article should be changed to reflect this...Looked it up, article is right. It is common practice to play the different versions together (and this is also intended), but officially they are different versions. --User:84.178.110.162 18:37, 27 May 2005 (UTC)

Added Munchkin 5 "De-Ranged" and Epic Munckin, although I don't think that is a product as such as a set of official house rules for extended play? FelixNZ 05:35, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Isn't Epic Munchkin a rules expansion included in Munchkin Blender?
Also, though it hasnt been confirmed online anywhere I know of, Steve Jackson has said at Origins 2007 that the next themed Munchkin set is going to be Pirate-based. 69.133.194.101 19:34, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Inofficial munchkin wiki
Due to copyright laws ect. ect., putting up a wiki containing game rules and card details is violating the law, not to forget to mention the game's creators' highly dislike for the wiki and it's fameseeking creator. For even more details about this issue (and proof of the, excuse me, fameseeking jerk..), have a look at these two threads in the official munchkin forum.
Please, do not contribute to the inofficial munchkin wiki! 81.230.168.95 (talk) 18:18, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Munchkin game cover.jpg
Image:Munchkin game cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
