Munson's sign
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Munson's sign is a medical sign of a V-shaped indentation in the lower eyelid when the patient's gaze is directed downwards. It is characteristic of advanced cases of keratoconus and is caused by the cone-shaped cornea pressing down into the eyelid.[1] It is named after American ophthalmologist Edward Sterling Munson.[2]
