 It's not a page about myself. It is a page about Kevin Mullally, who is an AMerican Diplomat, and the Director of USAID in Rwanda... He has been making very huge impacts in the HIV aids, and many other programmes directed by USAID.
I do not understand why you keep removing it... (besides the copyright violation...) I have tried to put a link there, and yet it was still removed.
