Magic secrets are closely guarded, although many are well known outside the magic community. In accordance with Wikipedia guidelines only those with reliable and cited sources can be include in Wikipedia articles. If a secret cannot be verified through independent sources, it is removed from the main article. I have changed the method in the article because it does not reflet the current method used by magicians. The method that I added is the newest method and is the most used today. The older method is scarcely used and therefore I do not think that it should be shown in the method box. Pehaps it would be better suited to be mentioned in a historical methods section. I do agree that your method is the most used and probably the best method. I don't think that there is even a point in mentioning past methodsJameskgordon 16:20, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

To be accurate, there are many methods available. Routining, misdirection and sleight of hand, however, still remain the essence of any billiard ball manipulation. Shells, half-balls, hinged, nested, and other gaffs can all be used or not used by a performer at varying points in a presentation.
