MultiPlus Solutions AS is an international software house delivering the administrative software solution (ERP) MultiPlus. The company was established in Denmark in 1976 by the entrepreneur Mogens Lindhard. The first subsidiary outside Denmark was established in Norway in 1984. The Norwegian office later became the company headquarters and is currently located in Sandefjord.
The company had a 2006 turnover of app. NOK 40 million and employs a total of app. 40 people. Today, the company has departments in Norway, Denmark and China. The CEO of the company is Mr. Per-Olav Helgeland. The Dutch quoted company Qurius currently owns 90 percent of the company, while company employees own the remaining 10 percent.

MultiPlus is based on an open and centralized database, where all data are registered once, and where the use of duplicates is kept at a minimum. All tables and modules are updated in real-time without having to initialize various batch processes.
MultiPlus is built on a three-layer client/server structure. The system runs as well in a WAN or LAN as through a web client over a VPN solution.
MultiPlus is practically database and platform independent, and may be run on, among others, Oracle, Informix and MS SQL, on various Unix and Linux platforms, as well as on Microsoft platforms.
