Mullah Kabir

The former Deputy Prime Minister of the Taliban in Afghanistan, Mullah Kabir later commanded insurgent forces in resisting the Invasion of Afghanistan in Nangarhar.[1]
In April 2002 it was believed that he had fled Nangarhar to Paktia, along with Ahmed Said Khadr[2]
