I don't claim to be an expert on what qualifies as fair use, but it seems to me rather questionable to call this image, which is labelled AFP in the corner, fair use. It seems to me that it ought to be possible to obtain a free image of someone as prominent as Muluzi. Everyking (talk) 07:47, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
