[edit] Lineage of the Shaykh
I disagree that it's POV to say "He descends from a scholarly family whose lineage reaches the Prophet Muhammad through his grandson Hasan." The fact is well substantiated and documentation exists to prove it.
[edit] Detail + Teachers/Students
Why has so much of the previous detail been removed in recent edits? The article is worse off than it initially was a few months ago. Someone should look to consolidate the previous information with what's currently online. Biographies are available online already which can be used as references.
Also I would like to request a section listing Shaykh Muhammads al-Yaqoubis teachers [an exhaustive list as possible] and notable students, this would be a really good addition to the article.
