Use of the crest (logo) in the article Mu Beta Psi is considered fair use because:

1. The logo in question is the logo of the organization;
2. The logo is used in a low-resolution format;
3. The logo is used for identification purposes of the organization, consistent with use of logos for other similar articles, especially usage of crests in fraternity and sorority articles;
4. Use of the logo does not impede the ability the organization to use the crest, including any possible commercial use; and
5. No free substitute is available for the logo.
