User talk:Mspleditor

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

For future reference, any link to a page inside Wikipedia does not need to give the URL for the page. Instead of using the URL inside a single layer of brackets, just use the title of the page inside double brackets. That is to say, if you want to link to the main page, type [[Main page]], which yields Main page. Also, userboxes don't go on articles. Someguy1221 (talk) 22:00, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

And seeing your comment now about confusion over the tag at the top of the article, it refers to the use of citations. A list of references is usually insufficient for the purposes of verification; the page I have linked to describes the methods of entering footnotes into articles. You can also look at Help:Footnotes, which explains and provides examples of the simplest of footnotes. Someguy1221 (talk) 22:03, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Windmills.png

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Windmills.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
