  1. Personal Representative (CSRT) is always captitalized in the original transcripts.
  2. All the dozens of other instances of this term, in the wikipedia's coverage of Guantanamo, are capitalized.
  3. The other officers of the CSRT and ARB, like the Recorder, Tribunal President (CSRT), Presiding Officer, Assisting Military Officer, Designatated Military Officer are always capitalized.

Thanks for pointing that out, there was a coordinates tag at the end of the sentence which wasn't written properly by me so the coordinates didn't show up. I've tried to fix it, it shows up but it's still messed up. User:Waqas.usman (Talk) 05:36, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
