This photo was take on June 28, 2007 by User:Tim riley, who relinquishes all rights to the public domain.
The photo shows the blue memorial plaque to Malcolm Sargent placed outside his lodgings at Albert Hall Mansions in London, where he lived the last years of his life.
The plaque reads: Sir Malcolm Sargent (1895-1967) Conductor / lived and died in a flat in this building.
