I have "manipulated" the image to remove the hideous Start Menu button sticking out.

This image shall only be used on the Microsoft Expression Web page. Its presence is necessary to illustrate the subject of the article, and there is no free alternative because any screenshot of copyrighted software will always be a fair use image. The image is not used with marketing intentions, nor will it inhibit the aforementioned product's marketing. Additionally because this screenshot encompasses two blatantly copyrighted softwares (Microsoft Expression Web and Windows Vista), this rationale covers both.
