This is me (Mr Senseless) singing L'Amero Saro Costante ("I will love her, forever faithful") from Mozart's Il Ré Pastore (The Shepherd King). This aria is typically sung by sopranos, however the character Aminta (who is singing this aria) is male and in Mozart's day would have probabally been played by a castrati, additionally the theme of unconditional love expressed in this aria is universal, thus why can't a tenor sing it? In fact, this could be the first recording of a male voice singing this aria.
This is transposed down a minor ninth to fit my range and I recorded this early in my sophomore year of college (2006).
