Request reason: "My human rights have been infringed"

Request reason: "My human rights have been infringed, i think i will have to go to the european court of human rights"

Decline reason: "Wikipedia is not subject to the jurisdiction of that court (being located in the United States), and your legal action makes about as much sense as if you submitted an unsuitable article to the newspaper, and then sued them for failure to publish it. Get a personal website if you want to control what material you want to display. Request to unblock denied, for the second time. - Mike Rosoft 10:11, 20 September 2007 (UTC)"
