[edit] Image Tagging for Image:Minnie_Rae_1871s.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Minnie_Rae_1871s.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Request for arbitration
A Request for arbitration has been filed concerning conduct in regard to Discordian Works on Wikipedia. I thought you'd want to know. It's at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration Binky The WonderSkull 16:29, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unblock
I haven't done the harassment. This is another shared-user problem. I wish there was a way that blocks could apply only to users and not to whatever number an Internet service providers sticks its customers with. MRN (talk) 05:32, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- It looks like you've worked around the problem, as I see edits to pages other than this one after this message was left. Please advise (here) if you're still having trouble, but I also do not think lifting this block at this time is a good idea. ++Lar: t/c 14:29, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- My Internet provider apparently changed the IP again. But it will likely only be a matter of time before someone else who has it abuses it and I'm blocked again. I have the same problem at the local library. Isn't there a way to block by user and not IP? Something where the IP can be blocked but if a user signs in under a non-blocked user name, that user won't be blocked? AOL/America Online uses shared IPs, and so do some other services. There's times where I haven't even done anything on Wikipedia for a couple weeks, then come back and I'm blocked for something that happened while I wasn't on. Thanks for your comments. [edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Sander-Emily.gif)
Thanks for uploading Image:Sander-Emily.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 15:05, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
- I added it to replace another image at an editor's request. Then another editor replace what I put there with what was there before. Such is Wikipedia! MRN (talk) 05:10, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] I am NOT a Sockpuppet of Scibaby!
I just tried to do an edit and it said I'm a sockpuppet of a user named Scibaby. I have no idea who this user is, and haven't even heard that name before. I've tried contacting administrators to get this fixed, but I can't make any comments on a sysop's page! What am I supposed to do? MRN (talk) 05:33, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
I saw this: "This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address." This is BS! I did sign in and I'm still blocked. Somebody please fix Wikipedia so innocent people don't get blocked because of technical error! MRN (talk) 05:36, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
