Source URL is via the internet archive: http://web.archive.org/web/20041012010808/www.mrlady.com/info.htm (www.mrlady.com has been non-fucntional since 2005 (and the URL has now been replaced by a different company). As the company is defunct, it is impossible to obtain a free image, and so use of this logo is fair use in the article on the company - Mr. Lady Records.
