Mr. Smith was a short-lived sitcom on NBC from September 23, 1983 through November 25, 1983. The premise of the show was that Mr. Smith was a talking orangutan with an IQ of 256 who was a political advisor in Washington, DC.
Only five episodes aired. Ed Weinberger voiced Mr. Smith.
