Mr. Edward Roger Carney

Edward R. Carney is a character in and is the original owner of the fast food place called Mr Meaty in the television series of the same name. It has been said that Wink's great great great grandfather locked him in freezer, where Josh and Parker found him. Edward Carney is usually seen wearing a cowboy hat, red suit with a black bow tie, and riding on a cowboy themed wheelchair (even though he is not handicapped). Although he has been seen wearing a black tophat and suit before.

Edward Carney is very evil and greedy. As in the Mr Meaty episode Original Sin, Carney fired Wink,when he wanted wink back he forced him to work for him by pulling out the contract that wink's great great great grandfather signed, then he placed a micro chip on the back of his head which shocks him when wink does some thing that Carney dislikes.
