Since 1992, after being heavily censored in the introduction of a television showing of Sacrilegium, Mr. Doctor has refused to give interviews.

Mr. Doctor is an expert at Sprechgesang, a vocal technique somewhere in between singing and talking, and is often known as "The Man of Thousand Voices", due to his ability to change his voice to sound completely different.

In October 2007 Mr. Doctor did his first public interview in two decades in a slovenian magazine. He announced a punk rock bible titled "45 Revolutions" which contains over 1190 pages of information on over 2000 bands and their singles. He also revealed that his real name is Mario Panciera.
