Asbjørn Riis is a Danish professional wrestler and actor, who is most famous internationally for portraying the role of "Halga the Wise", in the movie The 13th Warrior featuring Antonio Banderas. In Denmark he's known for being the first person to host a pro wrestling show and, open the first pro wrestling school and to create the first Danish Professional Wrestling promotion (Danish Wrestling Federation).

He is also known for being the Danish version of Hulk Hogan because of his appearance. Asbjørn runs a wrestling school in Denmark, and has promoted several shows all over the country. Today, Asbjørn Riis is still going strong.
