The story i just read reminds me of what i saW A FEW YEARS AGO IN DRAYTON VALLEY ALBERTA. me, my friends russ, mark, and tina, were walking behind the small mall in the alley on our way to the video store. At the end of the alley I saw two individuals moving, but i couldnt tell if they were moving toward us or away from us. At first i didnt think anything of it, we just kept walking,,but, as we got closer to them, i noticed that they were just moving back and forth in the same manner of stepping described in the story, like they couldnt move any joints in their legs. They were skinny, and thier arms were abnormally long with their hands hanging by their feet. They had very short legs and a streched torso that came down to were a humans knees would be. They waddled back and forth and they werent moving at all in any direction. They were just waiting for us, and it gave me a chill up my spine unlike anything ive ever felt,,,even as im typing this i still feel the fear i felt that night. I felt as though i was in the precense of a predator,,,something that preyed specificaly on humans. Unknowingly, my body went into a fighting stance, and i felt myself preparing to defend my life. I felt like I was an inch away from death, they just stood there and wadled. Then, the waddling stoped and a strange wavy efect seemed to cover their entire body,and right before my eyes they turned into a young man and a young woman, and they just walked right past me. I was baffled, and i just stood there with my mouth hanging open, trying to get my head around what just happened. Thats when i saw russ just standing there with a look of sheer terror on his face, he was pale looking at me, he said "did you see that ,,,those people had no faces." When i went to look back at the two "things",,,they were just gone. They had disapeared, and the alley was to long and narrow to just dissapear from. I looked at mark and tina, and they were fine. They said that they hadnt seen anyone at all, and were wondering why we were so spooked. I looked down the alley again, but again there was nothing. We didnt go to the movie store, instead we walked in a cold silence to the seven eleven in the centre of town. Tina and mark left us there and went home, as they hadnt seen a thing and were fine,, me and russ went in to the store and started to look around for something to drink and snack on. Thats when I noticed that everyone in the store besides the casheirs had dropped everything they were doing, and just stared at us. The men began to follow us around. Both russ and I knew it,, we didnt buy anything,,,we just put down what we were going to buy and slowly walked out of the store. Every male in the store followed us out,,,all were dead silent, just watchin us. I noticed one of the cashiers trying to get one mans attention, as he was at the register about to pay. He had left his wallet ,snacks, and drinks on the counter and just started walking after us. The cashier just kept saying, "sir, sir, you havent paid, sir your wallet." But he didnt even care he just stared at us, all the men. They looked at us like we were a threat, like they had every intent on killing us. They followed us out and just stood their blockeding the entrance to the store, all the while staring at us. I walked backwards away from them, expecting them to attack us at any moment, but they didnt, they just stood in front of the entrance and watched us untill we were far enough away from the store, then they went back inside. I went straight home and armed myself, then i barracaded my door expecting at any time for those creature to come back for me,,but , they never did, and i never saw them or the men at the store ever again. One thing i remember about them was that their heads seemed too small for their body...almost like it wasnt a head at all. I never saw eyes or a nose or any features of any kind, not on the creatures, or the two people they turned into...to this day i am still afraid of what i saw.
