I removed a rant about Amnesty International supposedly preferring to document US abuses in Guantanamo over human rights violations in Iraq. This is untrue to the point of being utterly bizaare. AI has been documenting human rights problems in Iraq for at least twenty years, in fact since the days when Bush Sr was supporting Saddam at the same time that he was gassing the Kurds. --Lee Hunter 14:55, 27 July 2005 (UTC)

Sorry, Lee, the "rant" is well documented, and AI's bias is both well known and documented on the AI article, although Wikigandists don't like it at all.Scott Adler 12:20, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
