A tag has been placed on Savage (band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Movingsolution, in response to your comment on my talk page, I was not referring to the band, which I did not nominate for deletion; I was referring to the other pages you created, which, it seems, you are about to get blocked for if you persist.--Pgagnon999 (talk) 02:07, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for quitting the creation of unacceptable pages. To answer your question, Wikipedia is an online Encyclopedia. Just as you would not expect to see just anyone's name in the a print encyclopedia, the same goes for Wikipedia. Celebrities are famous people, and are therefore notable enough for inclusion. For more details on how this works, see WP:Notability. Something else that you will also want not to do: don't WP:vandalize other pages, as you will be blocked for doing so.
