[edit] Movies at Harry's Place
Movies at Harry's Place originated in 2006 as an outdoor movie festival oriented toward families in Beloit, Wisconsin. Each year, the festival is held in conjunction with Saturday's in the Park, a venture by the group Friends of the Riverfront. An inflatable, 100 foot screen is installed each year, south of the Harry Moore Pavillion. For each movie, a group sponsors the event, giving away interactive items to let the audience participate in the event. Over 1,000 people attended the event in 2006 and over 1,300 in 2007.
