The Moustached Flower-piercer (Diglossa mystacalis) is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family. It is found in Bolivia and Peru.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, and heavily degraded former forest.
