Mountain Bar

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mountain Bar is a candy bar originally produced and marketed by Brown & Haley in 1915. Called the Mount Tacoma bar, it became known by its current name after Mount Tahoma became known as Mount Rainier.

The bar is creme filled and covered in chocolate and ground peanuts which is then fashioned roughly in the shape of Mount Rainier. The creme filling comes in vanilla, cherry, and peanut butter flavors.

In summer of 2007, Brown & Haley released a raspberry Mountain bar, limited to summer release.
