This is a screenshot taken by me, Noj_r, using the ZSNES emulator. I believe that this screenshot should be categorized under fair use in the EarthBound article because:

The article is of low resolution
It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the game.
Depicts subject discussed in article.
The photo is solely being used to aid in the description of Summers and the narrative, and for no other reason.
