This is piece of concept art was retrieved by me, Noj_r, from Starmen.net, and officially appears in the Mother 1+2 Art Book. I believe that this piece of concept art used to help develop and design EarthBound (also known as Mother 2) should be categorized under fair use in the EarthBound article because:

1. The article is of low resolution
2. It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the game.
3. Depicts subject discussed in article.
4. The photo is solely being used to aid in the description of the art style and early designs for the game, and for no other reason.
