[edit] Summary
This is piece of concept art was retrieved by me, Noj_r, from Starmen.net, and officially appears in the Mother 1+2 Art Book. I believe that this piece of concept art used to help develop and design EarthBound (also known as Mother 2) should be categorized under fair use in the EarthBound article because:
- The article is of low resolution
- It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the game.
- Depicts subject discussed in article.
- The photo is solely being used to aid in the description of the art style and early designs for the game, and for no other reason.
