Most Wanted Hoes (Hunted Offenders Eluding Surrender), is a community crime prevention initiative utilizing internet technology to educate and inform the general public of criminal activity. Efforts focus on profiling wanted female fugitives and the use of community policing in regards to identification and location of criminals for apprehension by law enforcement.
Geared toward the urban culture, Most Wanted Hoes format profiles fugitives in an entertaining fashion to appeal to younger generations between ages 18 through 50, notably with the use of neologism.
Subjects covered in the organization’s news section called “Tales from the crib” include, sex trafficking, bank robberies, unsolved murders and fugitive captures.
