MoSys, Inc. (formerly Monolithic System Technology, Inc.) NASDAQMOSY is a USA company based in California, that develops, licenses and markets advanced memory and mixed-signal semiconductor intellectual property (IP) for use on systems-on-chips (SoCs) and other integrated circuits (ICs). The company's memory solutions include its patented 1T-SRAM and 1T-FLASH technologies, high-density alternatives to traditional volatile and non-volatile embedded memory. MoSys mixed-signal products include DVD front end IP that supports both Blu-ray (BD) and HD DVD formats; serial ATA (SATA) IP for high-speed storage interfaces; and gigabit Ethernet (GbE) IP for high-speed network equipment.

To date, MoSys technology has been shipped in over 135 million devices, including home entertainment and graphics applications, mobile consumer devices, and networking and storage equipment. For example, the Nintendo Wii game console uses MoSys 1T-SRAM memory IP. The company has more than 97 U.S. and 72 foreign patents and patents pending.
