I have changed the university from which Doshu graduated. Please note that the Encyclopedia of Aikido got it wrong. My wife is an old friend of Doshu and knows quite well that he is a graduate of Meiji Gakuin because she herself is his kouhai at the same institution. Djiann 21:04, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dōjōchō succession

I will have to do some research, but I think that the dates of succession are wrong for the position of Dōjōcho. I remember Moriteru Ueshiba being declared Dōjōcho while Kisshomaru Ueshiba was still alive, maybe as early as 1990. Edwin Stearns | Talk 21:28, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I've fixed that. Definitely the dates of dōshu-hood and dōjōchō-hood do not align, as they were originally shown. I'll try to find out the real deal and fix up these pages. Djiann 21:31, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
