Morgan Parra (born 15 November 1988 in Metz, France) is a rugby union player for CS Bourgoin-Jallieu in the Top 14 competition.
Morgan Parra's position of choice is as a Scrum half and he can also operate as a Fly-half.
He was called up to the France squad for the 2008 Six Nations Championship.[1]
