Morgan Est plc is a British based construction company specialising in infrastructure services headquartered in Rugby. The company operates in four business units: Infrastructure, Tunnelling, Rail and Utilities.

The infrastructure unit undertakes works ranging from major highways projects to complex bridge structures. It frequently works in joint venture with French company Vinci as Morgan Vinci.

The Rail business unit was formed following the acquisition of Gleeson MCL from MJ Gleeson Plc. The unit is headed by Danny Duggan and primarily undertakes station refurbishment and modifications work for Tube Lines, Metronet and Serco DLR. Prior changing hands a major project involving tunnelling and complete station rebuild at Shepherds Bush was won.
