More or Less is a BBC Radio 4 programme focussing on numbers and statistics.

The programme was started by Andrew Dilnot as a one-off series of six programmes. The positive response to the show led to it becoming a regular programme with two series a year.

Since October 2007 the show has been presented by Tim Harford.
