Morning Dress from Ackermann's Repository, probably 1819.

These are clothes suitable for staying indoors during the morning and early afternoon -- i.e. for receiving female callers, attending to light household tasks, or lounging around in a not necessarily very adequately heated house.

Still rather "regency" (compare Image:1815-Morning-dress-Ackermanns.png).
