Mood Ruff is a hip hop group from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They released the albums Antarctica Cold Cold World during the year 2002 and I Do My Own Stunts during 2005.
Their band currently has 4 members: ICQRI, Spitz, Odario and Breakz. Their song "Rocketship" was named the best Canadian song of 2005 by CBC Radio 3.

It all began when Odario and Spitz met up at Kelvin High school in Winnipeg Manitoba, and started drawing up plans for a project named: Mood Ruff. Their first demo was recorded in Spitz's basement, using a karaoke machine. Mood Ruff began touring with funk and punk bands. Mood Ruff then created Slo Coah Records in 1997 and began releasing their albums later on.
