69.181.123.119 contributed most of the article in one copy / paste move. It is a duplicate of http://montanakids.com/db_engine/presentations/presentation.asp?pid=3&sub=Capitol+History so I have removed it unless someone can prove it was here first. --Dual Freq 13:11, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
