[edit] Reinstated nonPOV elements deleted by 83.67.101.4
It is incomprehensible why aproximately 2 thirds of the article was deleted. The reasons given do not explain it. For instance
- 'calling a member petit-bourgeois' - this term was not used in the deleted text
- 83.67.101.4 complains about lack of sources but deletes 1 of the 2 sources given. This was a short article from the Wokingham Times, which was very sympathetic to its subject.
- 'MD as workerist is a lunacy beyond compare'- the article argued that from one of the quotes from them. If you think this is incorrect then produce a counter argument rather than delete it.
Having said that there were certainly some POV statements. I have not reinstated :
- 'The article also illustrates how their nihilism includes the rejection of any anarchist principals such as the prohibition on calling the police.'
nor
- They choose to verbally attack numerous individuals and groups often making false accusations by insinuation. A typical example would be to accuse anti-leninists or non-leninists of Leninism. As a result some of their critics regard their activity as trolling rather than actual political debate.
and I've made some further slight changes and added some sources. Please do not delete writings wholesale just because it does not accord with your own Point Of View!
[edit] POV and so on
Just revised out a horrendous calamity of misrepresentations (typifying the work as MD as workerist is a lunacy beyond compare), subtle POV ('their critics' and 'some people' did this and that all over the place - details, please), ad hominem attacks (calling a member petit-bourgeois, ffs...) etc. I've stripped all of that out. If anyone wants to put the critique back in under its own header with sources etc that's fine.

[edit] Category
Since I was asked why I put the request for a category on the page: All articles in Wikipedia are to be categorized (that makes it easier to find them, and to get to related articles), but I don't know in this case where it belongs. If I had known that, I would just have categorized it. Please take a look at Wikipedia:Categorization and Wikipedia:Category for general information. u p p l a n d 18:45, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
