At 5 June 2006 I wrote, because I didn't like the words "it is one of the weakest teams in the world", that the Mongolians have invented the football game. I read that the Chinese played the first organized football in the world, and that they told, they have learned this game from their northern neighbours, the Hiung-nu (which are in fact the Mongolians today). Therefore I wrote this, and this may be worth a little discussion here.

Sergelen I'm contributing this page, because I'm mongolian. Yeah I know that our team is weak, because there wasn't any attention to any sports before 2000. But now where taking much attention to sport, especially in football. Our teenagers, playing football, increased last 2 years. Last year, we organized football championship "Boom 2010" between students, teenagers. And our FA have plans to send our teenagers to USA, England to enter the professional football academies. So I hope, we have a bright future

[edit] Errea

Cant find any sources for Errea sponsoring Mongolia? Im suspecting this is s hoax... --Chinneebmy talk 10:15, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

No mention on the Errea web site either. But then, it's announced here for the end of this year, so including it may just be premature (or in the negative case, wishful thinking). Probably better to remove it until it is properly sourced. --Latebird (talk) 02:40, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
