Monique Slaughter is an American dancer.

Slaughter grew up in Sacramento, California, and is best known as being a dancer for Christina Aguilera. She has also danced for artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Christina Milian, and Ciara.

She is most commonly known for dancing with Aguilera and has toured with her twice, on the Justified and Stripped Tour and the recent Back to Basics Tour. She has appeared in many music videos, including Aguilera's "What a Girl Wants","Come on Over Baby (All I Want Is You)","Dirrty", "Can't Hold Us Down", "Ain't No Other Man", and "Candyman". Slaughter also appeared in Christina Milian's "Whatever U Want" music video.

Slaughter is also the sister of Jeri Slaughter, who is the choreographer for Aguilera and both tours she has done.
