Monique Knol (born March 31, 1964 in Wolvega, Friesland) is a retired racing cyclist from the Netherlands, who represented her native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988 in Seoul, South Korea. There she claimed the gold medal in the women's individual road race, followed by a bronze in the same event four years later in Barcelona, Spain.
