Monique Adamczak (born 21 January 1983 Kensington, New South Wales) is an Australian professional tennis player. She is currently coached by Roger Federer's former coach and Australian legend, Tony Roche. Adamczak's favourite surface is grass.

Adamczak made her bow as a professional in 1998, aged 15, at a small ITF tournament in Lyneham. On her way to the quarter-finals she defeated Alicia Molik.

She won her first title in September 1999 at the ITF Jaipur in India, defeating home favourite Manisha Malhotra, 6–2, 2–6, 6–3. This event was played on grass. It was here that she also won her first doubles title, partnering Jennifer Schmidt.
